  Honesty, permafrost?

  DO NOT MESS WITH PERMA FROST.

  In Siberia in an area the size of the USA is perma frost and underneath it, not very deep under it ,is METHANE GAS . dig a hole where ever you like in it , throw a flame into it and stand back because you are likely to get your head blown off.

  Here's the worrying bit; due to global warming the frost is melting and scientists are worried that if global warming accelerates the whole lot will go up .

  Don't say I didn't warn you, it must be true I have just seen it on a television documentry.Now imagine all that methane escaping in the Kingdumb Hall as they reach down through their brains .Nope I would stay well clear of the hall until they find a way of burning off the gas safely.

  don't get me wrong i am not slighting the incarceration of j. witnesses in the concentration camps but i recently read an article in the wacktower about the suffering endured in the concentration camps.. thanks were profusely given to jehovah and for the fortitude of the brothers and sisters during that terrible time but glaringly not one word of thanks,not one word in recognition of what the allies sacrificed and did was mentioned .no mention at all of any soldier ,sailor or airman laying down their life to rescue the inmates of those hell holes.. do the governing body really believe that no thanks are called for on behalf of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice ?

  how can anyone show respect for that crazy cult .do they really believe that jesus is going into battle on their side when they so disregard what others have done for them ?

  according to their twisted logic god is going to destroy those veterans who are now old who way back when came to the rescue..

  Hi Superfine,

  The Americans were late for first one and late for the second .The British held the ring until the Americans joined in .The USA with President Roosevelt knew all along that they would have to join in it was just a matter of choosing the right moment and having the public on side and of course Pearl Harbour made the American public sit up and take notice.The American government must have spent years planning in secret on a war that might happen, they didn't just suddenly decide to take action.

  As for bombing Dresden ,personally I dont think it was needed but what do I know.I recently saw a map of where all V1 and V2's landed in London and it was saturated with thousands being killed, believe me USA cities would have been next on Hitlers list. It was a very close run thing.

  No offence but the Americans are famous for bombing here there and everywhere more so than the Brits; but we are partners and the waktower says we are a joint evil empire so it must be true.

  Leolaia the ravings of Rutherford are plain for all to read and that is the first time I have seen that quote which makes me think how was I taken in by the Waktower madness it was madness then and it's madness now. I wonder if guys like Rutherford are sent to teach us how not to run a religion or as an example why not to put faith in make believe.

  Nomoreguilt ,your father deserves all our thanks you must be very proud of him and along with all the others who did what they had to do because they did the right thing at the right time no matter how difficult it was at that time.It gave us the decades of prosperity afterwards, even though they were not utopian years they were better than the alternative of hell on earth.

  Something taught by the JW's is the expression, "Jehovah's Theocratic Kingdom " this is not written in the Bible . That is the answer to give them when they say the word Trinity is not in the Bible.

  Guard Duty at KH

  Thanks to all for picking upon this and to Mary for highlighting the questionable practices such as why would a care home state their aims as the advancement of the christian religion as practiced by the Jws? I thought that was the Kingdom Hall congregations charity statement.

  Why is the rented property not in the charitys name?

  MBE honour holders by the way have a chapel in the crypt of St.Pauls Cathedral and the actual medal is in the shape of a cross.Is acceptance of such not as sinfull as having a blood transfusion?

  Jump jockeys weigh more than riders on the flat.Top weight for the Cheltenham Gold Cup is 12 stone top weight for the Epsom derby is 9 stone.Horsemen of the apop. are 14 stone over weight and technically should be banned subject to an enquiry by the JWD race committee.

  This lot do not seem to be on strict diets and there should be a stewards enquiry.

  Is any one taking odds on this lot ? if so count me in for a tenner on account.
